Abstract for paper: this paper must propose what you plan to write about in your paper. While this does not have to be exactly the same argument as your research paper, (since your argument might change by the time that the paper is being submitted), it should not diverge completely from what subject matter you will be writing upon. This assignment usually takes 1-2 pages. Also at the end there is a short bibliography (3-4 sources) showing that you have already done some research upon the topic.
Annotated Bibliography: you must write one paragraph for each of the eight sources, explaining why you are using this particular critical commentary in your paper.
Works Cited Page: a completed works cited page.
Everything must be in perfect MLA format; this is the culmination of your semester’s work.
10 points will be taken off for each MLA error.
