Using existing internal data, or in the absence of such of internal data make an informed guess as to the primary purposes of website visitors. Briefly describe the website purpose segments and include a pie chart, similar to Figure 5.4 ( Attached File)

In keeping with Kaushik’s principle of critical few and based on the overview presented in chapter 5, describe the top three actionable outcome KPIs that would be most insightful to your target organization.
